While Barbara Caldwell doesn’t physically chant these mantras every morning, you can be rest-assured they form the pillars of her work as a Personal Assistant in any (and every) situation with which she engages. Whichever PA services she is providing, Barbara brings an elegant, experienced and calm sense of delivery and accomplishment to any task. 

Caldwell’s strength is her ability to manage unpredictable situations and time-sensitive scenarios. Equipped with a wide-range of talents, from writing and personal secretarial skills to schedule management and last-minute reservations, Barbara has intimate experience in dealing with sustained high-level VIP clientele as well as those who just need a quick helping hand. She knows the globe, having worked at short notice and under high-pressure all over the world, while also speaking French fluently, the result of her university major along with over a year spent living abroad in France.

Barbara started on her PA career in 2007, when she joined the Bay Area event promotion company Another Planet Entertainment. Cutting her teeth on a schedule which was never the same day twice and always saw a curveball thrown, in 2009 Caldwell was invited to become the Personal Assistant for an international music star in one of the world’s biggest hard rock bands. The fit was perfect, Caldwell able to manage a rapidly shifting series of tasks and schedules while always maintaining a positive, calm and successful approach to all in her path. Whether in Delaware or Dubai, Barbara always brought conclusive results to the table.

In January 2013, Caldwell decided it was time to branch out into a more flexible situation whereby she could exercise her skill-set with a variety of different clients. In the pursuit of fulfillment, no task is too great or small. Whether arranging private air travel at the last moment, conjuring an important business document, grabbing a dinner reservation where it counts or popping out to Macy's for a pack of fresh t-shirts, Barbara cheerfully gets the task done with minimal fuss.
